Hi reader,

2026 PMP Exam Changes

Study the 2026 ECO
In July 2026 the PMP Exam will change. It not the big a change in topics to learn as some trainers are claiming, but lots of small changes to content, the application process, and exam. On the topics side, specific coverage of how to work with remote teams is reducing as this becomes the norm and new coverage around sustainability and AI are being added.

The changes may seem large with the Business Environment domain growing from 8% to 26%, but do not fret, it is mainly a reshuffle. Topics such as managing change and managing risk that are currently in the Process domain will be moving into the Business Environment in the new ECO. So, nothing new to learn, just now these concepts fall into a different domain.

You can read a full account including changes to the experience, qualifications, question counts, question types, exam timings, etc. on this dedicated 2026 ECO page.

Want Answers? We have Questions!

Larger Question Banks and More Questions per Quiz
You may have noticed, the end of topic quizzes used to earn progress tracking badges are getting bigger. They are being updated to require scoring 4/5 questions correctly, whereas before the passing grade was 3/3.
Statistically this is no harder, but it provides a better coverage of all the topics per module. The question pool sizes have increased also, so there is less chance of getting any of the same questions if you retake a quiz a couple of times. So, less ‘test-wise’ learners and more accurate evaluation.

Coming Soon: The Third Practice Exam with Results Radar
Later this month, the third full Practice Exam with Results Radar analysis will be rolled out. The existing Blue Exam 1 is free for anyone, and the Yellow Exam 2 is for members only. The new Green Exam 3 will also be for paying members looking for an extra practice exam experience.
When available, you will be able to access it from the main menu under Study Aids. Until then you can access Practice Exam 1 and 2 from the following links.
2,000 Questions
These new quiz questions and exam additions bring the site's total up to over 2,000 questions. We have come a long way from the early days of a proof-of-concept experiment, and we are adding more questions weekly, so stick around for more exciting developments.

Website Enhancements

Page transitions have been added to the site to show when content is loading. This should give users a visual indication that something is happening, and to wait a moment for the content to load.

Scroll depth bars – each page now has an orange scroll depth bar that shows where you are in the page length of content. For visual people, it can provide a percent-page-complete type view to show progress.
Mind Map Summaries
Each content page now contains an interactive mind map of key concepts. You can click to expand and drill down into the core ideas of each project manager task.
These interactive maps also show the structure of how elements relate to each other and fit within larger concepts. From a learning perspective, creating a spatial representation allows people notice patterns, and see structure more easily. It frees up working memory, and supports learning.
