Using PMillustrated.com qualifies for the 35 hours of commercial training required to register for the exam if you obtain a certificate of completion and assessment. Completion certificates can be requested by anyone using the site who has successfully collected all their ECO Task badges and completed one of the Radar Practice Exams and scored > 70%.
