The letters stand for:
M – Manage Perceptions: Success is when key stakeholders perceive that the project’s outputs provide sufficient value relative to the investment.
O – Own Project Success: Move beyond literal mandates and take accountability for delivering tangible and perceived value that Is clear to key stakeholders.
R – Relentlessly Reassess: Recognize inevitable change. Continuously reassess the perception of value and adjust plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
E – Expand perspective: Consider the broader picture and how the project fits within the larger business, goals of the enterprise, and ultimately, our world.
